This is an application for expediting Criminal Appeal No.364/2017. Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the trap was conducted in October, 2010. Thereafter, he was dismissed from the service in the year 2017. Today, the applicant is 71 years of age and is suffering from financial difficulties. He, therefore, prays for expeditious hearing of the appeal. 2.

Considering these submissions, the application is allowed. The appeal be added to the Final Hearing Board in the week commencing from 17th October, 2022.

Accordingly Interim Application No.1455 of 2022 is disposed of in the above terms.
