By order dated 17/03/2022, this Court had directed to release the Applicant on bail on furnishing cash surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- within a period of four weeks. Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks extension of time to furnish surety. 2.

Time to furnish surety is extended by three weeks. It is made clear that failure to furnish surety within the stipulated time will result in cancellation of bail without further reference to this Court. 3.
