Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

My attention is invited to the order dated 14.02.2024 passed in Criminal Revision Application No.83 of 2018 in Suraj Naik vs. State of Maharashtra. The applicant is similar circumstanced. The writ petition therefore can be disposed of in the same terms as the order dated 14.02.2024 in Criminal Revision Application No.83 of 2018 and other connected matters which reads thus :- 1/2

Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

In view of the order that I propose to pass, learned counsel for the applicants submits that detailed reasons are not necessary.

The issue raised in these revision applications can be kept open to be agitated before the trial Court after framing of charge. If a request is made by the applicants to the trial Court that the Sanctioning Authority be examined in the first instance, such request be considered by the trial Court on its own merits and in accordance with law.

All contentions are kept open.

5.

I have not made any observations on the merits of the rival contentions.

The revision applications are disposed of. "
