By this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India petitioner/original defendant is challenging the order dated 22.03.2016 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court at Bombay below Notice of Motion No.518 of 2016 in S.C. Suit No.8253 of 2002.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, S.C. Suit No.8253 of 2002 stands disposed of by judgment dated 04.08.2016. 4.

Learned Counsel for the respondent placed on record the photocopy of the judgment dated 04.08.2016. Same is taken on record.

In view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the present writ petition. Hence, writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
