The Petitions are filed challenging the Notices dated 13-042022 issued by the Respondent-Corporation under section 55 of the MRTP Act.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation states that the subject structures are within the blue line under DC Regulations. Learned Uday.P.Kambli 1/2

2/2 501-wp-5430-2022.doc Counsel for the Petitioners, however, states that there is no mention in the notices that the subject structures are falling within the blue line. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, states that the Petitioners are in the process of filing Regularization Applications online and the same shall be filed within two weeks from today. 4.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, we dispose of the Petitions by passing the following order:

O R D E R

(i) We record the statement of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the Regularization Applications shall be filed online by the Petitioners within two weeks from today;

(ii) If such Regularization Applications are filed, the same shall be disposed of by the Respondent-Corporation expeditiously and the decision on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioners. (iii) Until the Regularization Applications are decided and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the decision to the Petitioners on the Regularization Applications, no coercive steps shall be taken against the structures of the Petitioners. 5.
