Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

By prayer clause (a) of this application, the applicant is seeking permission to delete the names of the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 to 18, 20 to 22 and 24 to 25. The applicant is accordingly allowed to delete the respondents as prayed for except respondent Nos.2A, 2B, 13A and 17A. 3.

Further, by prayer clause (b), the applicant seeks to amend and bring on record the names of proposed respondents as party respondents in place of deleted respondents. Therefore, prayer (b) is granted. 4.
