Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. The petition challenges an interim order passed by the Industrial Court in revision refusing to grant a temporary injunction restraining the Respondents from terminating services of the Petitioner. After the injunction was refused, the services of the Petitioner have been already terminated by the Respondents. The Petitioner would like to now challenge the order of dismissal. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
