This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety and cash bail facility granted by this Court vide order dated 25th March, 2021.

The applicant was directed to be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.3,00,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount. The applicant was also permitted to furnish provisional cash bail in the sum of Rs.3,00,000/-, for a period of two weeks in lieu of sureties.

This order is corrected pursuant to Speaking to the Minutes order dated 13th May, 2021.

rpa 2/2 48 ia 1369 2021(2).doc It is submitted that considering the quantum of surety of Rs.3,00,000/-, it would take some more time for applicant to provide surety. Hence, time to furnish surety and provisional cash bail may be extended by twelve weeks. It is submitted that the notice has been given to the the respondents.

In view of the submission, time to furnish sureties, is extended by a period of eight weeks. The facility of cash bail is also extended for a period of eight weeks.

Interim Application No.1369 of 2021, stands disposed of accordingly.
