The counsel for appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to move the Learned Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Appeal dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought. Civil application also accordingly stands disposed.
