Both counsel state that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and have tendered consent terms. The consent terms are signed by the petitioner and respondent no.1 and on behalf of respondent no.2 by their Advocates. Petitioner and Respondent no.1 are present in Court. Accordingly, I pass the following order : (i) Consent terms taken on record and marked 'X" for identification. (ii) There will be order in terms of the consent terms. (iii) Statement made by the petitioner in paragraph 9 is accepted as an undertaking of this Court.
