Heard the parties through their counsel. Came up for hearing.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made limited prayer that this petition may be disposed of directing respondent no.6 to consider and take appropriate decision in regard to the petitioner's notice/representation dated 2nd February, 2015 (Exhibit-E) in accordance with law. The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.6 submitted that the petitioner may be directed to submit before

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall submit the documents as may be available with him before the respondent no.6. Having regard to the aforesaid circumstances, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.6 to decide the petitioner's claim as mentioned in the notice/representation dated 2nd February, 2015 (Exhibit-E) and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner to submit the documents in support of his claim along with copy of this order. With the aforesaid directions, Writ petition is disposed of.
