We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and respondent Nos.3 to 6.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that unauthorized excess construction has been carried out by respondent Nos.3 to 6. The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.3 to 6 submits that an application for revised permission is submitted to the Corporation.

Mr. Bubna, learned Advocate for Corporation submits that excess construction is carried out by respondent Nos.3 to 6. The Corporation has issued notice and the Corporation would take further action in accordance with law pursuant Gaikwad RD 1/2

35.WPNo.59932018.doc to the notice issued. If the application for revised permission is submitted, the same would be considered on its own merits.

In view of said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
