1] By an Order dated 4th May 2018, the applicants were granted interim relief and were directed to attend the concerned Police Station on stipulated dates, to join the process of investigation. The learned APP on instructions submitted that, the applicants had attended the concerned Police Station and have co-operated in the process of investigation.

2] It is the prosecution case that, the applicants are the agents in the transaction between the first informant and other accused in sale of landed property. The applicants also identified the executors of the sale 1/2

aba.734-2018.doc deeds dated 30.12.2009 and 7.4.2010 in respect of land in question, of the first informant. Apart from the said role ascribed to the applicants, no overt-act is attributed to them.

3] In view thereof, the applicants can be protected by pre-arrrest bail.

Interim relief granted by Order dated 4th May 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating of the concerned Police Station is waived.
