Heard Mr. Mirajkar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Petition is filed for the following relief :

"a) this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent herein not to enter into any agreement in respect of the suit premises without prior consent of the Petitioner."

Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are the private parties. The relief sought is a direction to such private parties not to enter into any agreement. Such relief cannot be granted in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
