1] This is an application for relaxation of condition No.3 imposed upon the applicant by an Order dated 4th August 2017 while releasing him on bail in the aforesaid appeal. The said condition No.3 reads as under: "The applicant shall attend Juhu Police Station once in a month on the first Saturday of the month between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm till further order."

2] Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. Perused the record.

appa.605-2018.doc 3] The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, since the date of his release from jail the applicant is sincerely complying with the aforesaid condition. He further submitted that, the marriage of the sister of the applicant is scheduled on 10th May 2018 at his native place at village Pirpur, Post-Lorpur (Tajan), District- Ambedkar Nagar, State of Uttar Pradesh and therefore the said condition may be modified for a period of three months i.e from 28th April 2018 till 14th July 2018. 4] In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the condition No.3 imposed upon the applicant by an Order dated 4th August 2017 is hereby modified for a period from 28th April 2018 to 14th July 2018 and during the said period the applicant is permitted to attend Juhu Police Station on every first Monday i.e.

on 30.4.2018, 4.6.2018 and 2.7.2018 between 11.00 am to 2.00 p.m. After 14th July 2018, the applicant is directed to attend Juhu Police Station as per the original condition No.3 imposed by an Order dated 4th August 2017. Rest of the conditions of the said Order are not disturbed. 5] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
