This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition No.566/2014, which was dismissed for non removal of office objections within the stipulated period by an Order dated 08.07.2014.

Mr. Pendse, learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents vehemently opposed the application. 3.

There is a delay of 622 days in filing the present application. However, in the interest of justice, I am inclined to condone the delay 1/2

Palkar 1.APPW.192.16.doc subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,500/- to be paid by the applicant to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).
