2] Applicant has suffered incarceration for about 10 months. There are no criminal antecedents against the Applicant. The only role attributed to the Applicant is that of informer of the co-accused who have committed offence in question. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the custody of the Applicant. Applicant as such, is entitled to be released on bail.

No. 1394 of 2021 registered with Sangola Police Stations 394, 397, 120-B, 201 427 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs 15000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses nor tamper with the evidence. Applicant shall attend the trial regularly. 4] Application is accordingly disposed of.
