Petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thane on 7 November 2022 under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. ("SARFAESI Act"). The Petitioner has already approached the Debt Recovery Tribunal by filing a Securitisation Application.

In view of the settled position of law, we decline to interfere in writ jurisdiction.Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping all contentions open.
