By the present writ petition, the petitioner-husband has challenged the order dated 7th November, 2013 passed by J.M.F.C., Pune in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.780 of 2013, thereby directing fling of complaint under Section 340 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
