The prayers made in this Civil Application taken out in a disposed of writ petition are of substantive nature. The first prayer is for issuing a writ of mandamus. There is a prayer for initiating action under the contempt of Courts Act. Such prayers cannot be sought in a civil application taken out in the disposed of writ petition. Only on this ground, we reject the application. However, remedies of the applicants are kept open.
