This is an application for restoration of the Writ Petition No.12554/2017 which was dismissed for non prosecution on 29/3/2019 even before formal notice were issued to the respondents.

On hearing learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed, as prayed.

The order dated 29/3/2019 is hereby recalled. The Writ Petition No.12554/2017 is restored back to file. The petition to stand over for admission on 2/3/2020.
