The applicant was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 21.04.2021 on a condition that the applicant shall attend Investigating Officer on 3rd, 4th and 5th May, 2021. It was further directed that the applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.1 lakh within six weeks with Investigating Officer.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that there was death in the family of the applicant due to Covid-19. The applicant is willing to attend Investigating Officer in the next week. The applicant seeks extension of time to deposit Rs.1 lakh by two weeks. 3.
Learned APP submitted that the application was allowed vide order dated 21.04.2021 and immediately thereafter on 29.04.2021, this application was preferred before this Court anticipating that the applicant would not be depositing the amount in accordance with order of this Court.

Considering the submission of the learned Advocate for the applicant that the amount would be deposited within two weeks and the applicant is willing to attend Investigating Officer. Hence, the order: 1/2

ORDER
(i) The applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer on 15th, 16th and 17th June, 2021 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. (ii) The applicant shall deposit the amount of Rs.1 lakh with the Investigating Officer on or before 25.06.2021. (iii) C. R. No. 431 of 2018 mentioned in order dated 21.04.2021 be corrected as C.R. No. 441 of 2018.
(iv) Requisite correction be carried out in the order dated 21.04.2021.
(v) Application stands disposed of.
