1] Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, states that the application seeking regularisation will be presented in respect of development carried out in Survey No.347/1 within a period of four weeks from today. If the petitioners tender the application seeking regularisation, together with necessary documents within period of four weeks from today, the Respondent - MIDC shall consider the same in accordance with the provisions of law and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible and preferably within period of eight weeks from the date of tendering of the application for regularisation.
2] The parties shall maintain status quo in respect of property in question until issuance of final order on the application seeking regularisation that would be presented by 1/2
3.w4275.15.odt the petitioner. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of. In view of disposal of the petition, Contempt Petition (L) No.13317 of 2015 does not survive and stands disposed of. Notice issued earlier in Contempt Petition shall be deemed to have been recalled.
