The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 48 days in filing the Appeal. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents/Claimants opposes the application, but ultimately leaves it to the Court. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 48 days in filing the Appeal stands condoned. List the Appeal for admission after two weeks i.e. on 28.06.2016.
