This application is for extension of time limit to dispose of the case No.11/PS/2009 pending in the Court of the Magistrate. Similar prayer made by the Applicants has been rejected by the Court earlier. I am, therefore, not inclined to entertain the application. megha Page No.1 of 2

However, the learned Magistrate is at liberty to pray for extension, if he is not able to decide the case within the time limit fixed by this Court.
