This is an Application for relaxation and/or modification of condition No. (b) imposed upon the Applicants by this Court while releasing them on bail by Order dated 15.10.2016. 2.

By the said condition, the Applicants were directed to attend Shil Daighar Police Station, Taluka - Kalyan, District - Thane on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a. m. and 2.00 p. m. 3.

The learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that after their release from the jail, the Applicants are sincerely complying with the said condition. He further submitted that the trial of the said offence has already began.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application, the said condition is hereby modified and the Applicants are directed to attend Shil Daighar Police Station once in three months on the first Monday of the said month between 11.00 a. m. and 2.00 p. m.

Rest of the conditions imposed upon the Applicants by the said Order dated 15.10.2016 are not disturbed. 6.
