Ms. Sahu submits that by this petition, order dated 14th September, 2012 passed by the Family Court, Mumbai below Exhibit 6 in Petition No. E-295 of 2011 is challenged. During pendency of this petition, main petition itself is disposed of and, therefore, this petition has become infructuous. She, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
