The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the appellate authority, before whom, the petitioner's appeals filed under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 are pending, to consider and decide the same as expeditiously as possible. Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting on the merits of the matters, these petitions are disposed of by directing the appellate authority to decide the petitioner's appeals, if the same are still pending, as expeditiously as possible but not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The petitioner to approach the appellate authority along with the copy of this order. With aforesaid directions, the petitions are disposed of.
