Dusane 2 28 caw 922.2018.doc The learned counsel, Mr. Borkar appearing for the High Court and Mr. Ganbavale for the Maharashtra Public Services Commission has no objection. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly the applicant/original Petitioner would be entitled to amend the petition in terms of the amendment sought. Amendment to be carried out within 10 days from date and amendment also to be carried out in the copies of the respondents. The learned counsel, Mr. Borkar states that an affidavit-in-reply would be filed latest by 5th June, 2018.
