It is respectfully submitted that the University has no objection if as per the Government Resolution, the Petitioner's appointment is converted from part Time Lecturer to full time Assistant Professor (Lecturer), Department of Hindi in the "Open" category, as she fulfils the conditions for appointment for the post of Assistant Professor (Lecturer). the other concerned Respondents including Respondent No.2, as well as, the University to take further steps to consider the case of the Petitioner by following the procedure and appropriate order be passed accordingly.
