P.C.:- By this application, the Applicants have sought to expedite hearing of the First Appeal No.1757 of 2010 on the ground that the Respondent No.1 is 86 years of age and that the Respondent No.2 is about 58 years of age. It is stated that the Respondent No.1 has already expired. Even otherwise there are several other old cases, which are pending in the Court.
