S S KADAM 25-wp-2345-2023.doc 2023) and brother-in-law (Petitioner in Writ Petition No.2345 of 2023) of Respondent No.2 have filed Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing R.C.C.No.1650 of 2022 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pimpri, District Pune, arising out of C.R.No. 674 of 2022 dated 14th August 2022 registered with Pimpri Police Station, PimpriChinchwad Police Commissionerate, District Pune, under Sections 498-A, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 27 and 30 of Arms Act with the consent of Respondent No.2. 2.
Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submitted that, she has filed separate Affidavits dated 27th July 2023 in the above mentioned three Petitions. It is stated in paragraph No.2 thereof that, Respondent No.2 and Petitioner in Writ Petition No.2819 of 2023 have restituted their matrimonial relations. That, their disputes inter se have been amicably settled. In paragraph No.4 thereof, she has given her no objection for quashing of the crime in question.
Respondent No.2 is personally present in Court and through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavits dated 27th July 2023 and her 'no objection' for quashing of the crime in question. 3.
In view of the above, Petitions are allowed in terms of prayer clause (i).
