Having gone through the additional affidavit filed by the petitioner along with GR dated 4th September, 2014 amending the other backward class "Sonar" to "Marwadi Sonar", "Marwadi Sunar" and "Marwadi Swarnakar" under Sr. No. 154 of the GR, we are of the view that the matter requires to be sent back to the Caste Scrutiny Committee for considering and deciding the petitioner's claim in view of the amended GR dated 4th September, 2014. Accordingly, we set aside the impugned order passed by the

48-wp-4841.2014.sxw Caste Scrutiny Committee and remand the matter back to the Caste Scrutiny Committee for taking a fresh decision keeping in view the GR dated 4th September, 2014 Exh. A filed along with the additional affidavit. The Committee is directed to take a fresh decision as expeditiously as possible but not latter than three months from today. Petitioner to appear before the Committee on 31st August, 2016. Petition stands disposed of accordingly. The Committee to act upon the authenticated copy of this order.
