Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent - State.

The learned APP states that as of today, no offence is registered qua the applicants. She states that the Agripada Police Station, Mumbai, will give 72 hours notice to the applicants in case they intend

ABA 592-15.odt to arrest the applicants. In view of the statement made by the learned APP, the applicants do not press the application. The concerned officer, Agripada Police Station to give 72 hours notice to the applicants, in case they intend to arrest the applicants in connection with C.R.No.65 of 2015 registered with the Agripada Police Station, Mumbai.
