The order impugned dated 19 March 2014 is passed by the learned Civil Judge Junior Division Vita, rejecting the application for appointment of Court Commissioner in execution proceedings. 2.

The learned counsel for Respondents states that the execution proceeded further and they have been completed and the possession is also handed over to Respondents - decree holders pursuant to the decree. The certified copy of the Darkhast proceeding is placed on record. The Petitioner has not come forward to controvert this assertion. In view of the statement which is accepted nothing survives in this petition. The Petition is disposed of as infructuous. (N.M.Jamdar, J.)
