The Petition is filed on 29/4/2014 challenging the order dated 19/3/2014. It is seen that on 13/10/2014 the learned counsel for the Petitioner has sought adjournment. On 17/2/2015 when the matter was listed for admission none appeared for the Petitioner. The Petitioner had then filed Civil Application No.2134/2014 seeking leave to bring on record additional evidence. However, no steps have been taken by the learned counsel for the Petitioner although the application was filed on 15/9/2014. 3.

In view of this, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the present petition. Hence, the Petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. The learned Trial Court shall proceed with the execution of the order dated 19/3/2014 in Regular Darkhast No.33/2008. 4.

Office to communicate this order to the Court forthwith. Civil Application stands disposed of.
