Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/insurance company. Perused the application and impugned order passed by the learned MACT, Thane.

Mr. S.S. Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant/insurance company is ready to deposit entire decreetal amount within a period of two weeks. He further requested to grant stay to the execution and operation of impugned award passed by the MACT, Thane.

In view of submissions on behalf of applicant/insurance

Jayani 11 CAF2600.16.doc company, there shall be stay to the operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the MACT, Thane in MACP No. 97 of 2010 subject to condition that the applicant/insurance company shall deposit the entire decreetal amount with interest accrued thereon within a period of two weeks before the learned Tribunal, Thane failure to which the present stay order shall stand vacated without further reference to this Court and the respondent/original claimants are at liberty to execute the award for recovery of decreetal amount as per law.
