Heard. Application is filed through jail seeking bail during the pendency of appeal. Earlier application preferred by the Applicant for bail came to be dismissed as withdrawn after conclusion of arguments on 15th September 2014. The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant could not point out any change of circumstances on record, in the absence thereof we are not inclined to grant prayer for bail.
