The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 102 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons for the same are mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Civil Application. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Insurance Company Shri. Jinsiwale and the learned Counsel appearing for the original Respondent No. 1 oppose the Application, Sharayu.

The reasons mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3 can be said to be the plausible reasons for the delay that has occurred in filing of the above First Appeal. Hence, accepting the said reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay in filing the First Appeal stands condoned. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. 2.
