1. Learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that consent terms dated had been arrived at settling all disputes between the parties to the petition. The consent terms settled disputes in all pending recovery proceedings between the petitioners and Respondent No.1 and consequent thereupon all such recovery proceedings have been withdrawn since the amount due to Respondent No.1 have been paid. 2. Learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw all Writ Petitions since the subject matter of these petitions does not survive in view of the arrival of consent terms.
