In furtherance of the order dated 04/07/2022, the learned A.P.P. states that though the Investigating Offcer has prepared 'B' Summary Report, but when it was put up before the Superior, it has not been approved. However, the Investigating Offcer who is present in the Court, states that in the present C.R. which invokes Sections 420, 406, 465, 467, 468 of the I.P.C., the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted and he had been served with the notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C..

In the wake of the above, the applicant deserves protection from arrest. Hence the following order. : ORDER :
(a) Application is allowed.
(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.70 of 2021 registered with Sakinaka Police Station, applicant-Amit Gangesh Sharma shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount. (c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station as and when called for.
(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Offcer and should not tamper with evidence.
