The above Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:- "(a)That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order and/or Direction in the nature of Mandamus, thereby directing the Respondent No.1 to take initiative steps for deciding the Revision Application along with Stay Application filed on 13.03.2024 by the Petitioners herein, being Exhibit "C" to this Writ Petition within time bound period;" APRIL 16, 2024 Utkarsh

Considering that this is the limited relief sought by the Petitioner, we dispose of the above Writ Petition by directing Respondent No.1 to decide the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner lodged on 13th March, 2024 (Exhibit 'C' to the Petition) by 30th July, 2024.

In the meanwhile and until the Revision Application is decided no precipitative steps shall be taken for recovery of the amount covered in the impugned demand dated 31st January, 2017. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
