The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with direction that a representation to the Respondent No.3 would be made by the Petitioners concerning allotment of the Free Symbol : "Whistle" and the same would be decided within two days from receipt of the order. If a representation is made to the Respondent No.3, copy thereof would be supplied to the Respondent No.4 who would be entitled to participate in the proceedings concerning the representation filed before the Respondent No.3.
