The Applicants are present with their Advocate. Respondent No.2 - Complainant is present with his Advocate. They have amicably settled the dispute.

The FIR is under Sections 408, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code r/w Section 43(A) and 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2008. 4.

Respondent No.2 has accordingly tendered an affidavit giving his no objection.

After hearing respective counsel, we find that dispute essentially is between employer and employee and out of contractual relations.

Accepting the joint request and subject to payment of costs of Rs.50,000/- jointly by the Applicants and Respondent No.2 to the J.J.Hospital (Gynecology Department), within three weeks from today. 7.

If such costs is paid, relief in terms of prayer clause (a) shall become absolute.
