DATED : 23rd AUGUST 2018 P.C:- Petition is filed for the following reliefs : (a) Be pleased to direct the respondents herein to state on oath whether the Respondents are going to prefer appeal against acquittal challenging the judgment and order passed by the Learned Sessions Judge, at Ratnagiri dated 19th March, 2014 in Sessions Case No.11 of 2014. (b) In the event the State of Maharashtra has taken a decision not to challenge the judgment and order passed by the Learned Sessions Judge, at Ratnagiri dated 19th March 2014 in Sessions Case No.11 of 2014, be pleased to direct the Respondent to place the entire material before this Hon'ble High Court and accordingly, this Hon'ble High Court may scrutinize the same and take proper decision in accordance with law.

2/2 (28)-wp-1760-2015.doc The learned APP Mr.Shinde, on instructions, makes a statement that order of acquittal by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge at Ratnagiri in Sessions Case No.11 of 2014. was challenged by filing application to leave (Criminal Application No.60 of 2015) and this Court, by the order dated 19th November 2015 dismissed the same. In support of her submission, she placed on record the order dated 19th November 2015 passed in Criminal Application No.60 of 2015. In light of the above, the grievance raised in the petition no more survives.

Petition is dismissed.
