The Applicant's earlier anticipatory bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.3.2021 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.783/2021.

Today, after arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to entertain this second Application, learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Application.
