No. 116 of 2023, registered with Yerwada Police Station, Pune (City), investigating agency have submitted charge-sheet on 11th April, 2023 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shivajinagar, Pune.

In view thereof, learned counsel for Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to adopt appropriate alternate remedy including filing of an Application for discharge before the trial Court, as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C.
