The fixed deposit has been renewed upto November 2017. Hence it is not advisable to prematurely terminate the fixed deposit. The applicant would be at liberty to file a fresh application in October 2017 for withdrawal of the 50% amount, which is lying in the fixed deposit. If such application is filed, then the same would be considered on its own merits.
