No. 10/2021 registered with Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(N), 354(A), 354(B), 324, 506(2) of Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2] Prima facie allegations for offence under Sections 4 & 6 of POCSO Act are not substantiated and maximum punishment for offence under Sections 8, 10 & 12 of the said Act is 5 years. (i) Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 10/2021 registered with Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(N), 354(A), 354(B), 324, 506(2) of Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more local sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall neither influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

(iii) Applicant shall not contact the victim or her family members.

(iv) Applicant shall reside outside the jurisdiction of concerned police station till conclusion of trial. 3] Application stands disposed of.
