Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The applicant is one of the accused in C.R. No. 39 of 2012. It is submitted that the police have investigated the FIR and B-Summary has been submitted. The B-Summary is pending in the court of Magistrate since last about one and half year. The learned Magistrate is, therefore, directed to decide the B-Summary as early as possible and not later than one month from the date of the receipt of this order. The present application is disposed of.
